- Does the Tweetme plugin work with SEF

The Tweetme plugin has been extensively tested on Joomla 1.5.11 + with and without the Core Joomla! SEF. There are many users that use 3rd Party SEF sucessfully. If you have issues with third PArty SEF, please re check your SEF configurations. If your issue is with the Core Joomla! SEF, please open a thread on our Forums.
- Not the correct page title?

TweetMeme caches page information (including the title) to reduce load on the site that is using the button. If you have updated your page titles, you can force TweetMeme to update by using the ping service.
- The tweet count doesn’t increase

It can sometimes take time for the tweet to filter through from Twitter to TweetMeme, although this occurance is rare, it does happen from time to time and is temporary. Tweetmeme try to reduce this delay as much as possible.
- Why do I see a question-mark (?) on the button ?

There are two situations when this can occur, and the cause can be determined by the colour of the retweet button
Green
This is caused whenever an error has occurred when looking up the tweet count for that URL. This may be because the URL has been blacklisted, our crawler is receiving a redirect, or we are unable to contact your site. This could be caused by our crawler timing-out when trying to retrieve the page (we have a very short time-out to ensure the button remains responsive). Ensure that your page loads successfully and quickly, and locate all the pages on your site where it works/doesn’t work before posting the details of your issue onto the Tweetmeme forum.White
To keep Tweetmeme fast and full of features Tweetmeme sometimes have to take the site down for maintenance. They show a colour-less button with a question-mark (?) when this is done and they always try to minimise downtime, and keep their users up to date on changes on the TweetMeme Service on the Tweetmeme blog.

- My TweetBoard is blank with no Tweets

DId you make the Tweetoard Invite application as directed on the DOwnloads page ? This is the only time that you will get an issue like this
Before enabling the plugin , please visit the Joomla Exclusive Invite Portal and use the CODE : joomlainvites01 . Please do not abuse this service and only apply for sites you will be using Tweetboard on so other Joomla! users are not disadvantaged. Mis-use will result in this service being discontinued and result in the waiting period system like other CMS users
- How many of my tweets will Tweetboard show?

When you first login to your Tweetboard we will begin retrieving your stream. Due Twitter’s API limits, a maximum of 3,600 tweets can be requested in the initial pull. This should be sufficient for most users.
- My Twitter stream is not being pulled

Once you have installed Tweetboard you MUST sign-in (button at the top right) using the Twitter account associated to that specific Tweetboard, providing the Auth Token needed to pull your Twitter stream. Note that the initial extraction may take a little while since all new accounts go into a queue for pulling. Messages posted *via your own Tweetboard* will appear immediately though. If your stream has not being pulled within 24 hrs, please open a support ticket for assistance.
