I need to create a form that has multiple columns w/lots of information to be filled out. Could Super Contacts forms be utilized like this?

Hi Mustaq,
I'm basically wanting to replace the ugly google docs form that you can see here: http://farooqmasjid.org/program-request.html on a shiny new 2.5 site. I have uploaded a mock up of what I was thinking. Super Bookings looks great if I can add additional fields. Layout is flexible.Attachments:

No, Super Contact cannot be used for this unless you customise it with new, fields, add the b=necessary validation checks in JavaScript and PHP , CSS etc ...
