I just installed Cookie Monster and enabled it, but it is not showing on the site. Could there be a conflict somewhere?

I disabled jquery in K2 and disabled the module you found and Cookie Monster loaded correctly. I'll figure out a way fix the module without disabling it, but the issue here should be all set now. Thanks!

I see you have a few versions and instances of jQuery loading on the site,
K2 has an option to disable loading ofjQuery in its Configuration settings, so disable that, and then check the following extensions as well,
http://www.infotech.co.uk/modules/mod_joomconnect_quick_signup/js/date/js/jquery-1.7.1.min.js
