As I mentioned, I am always willing to help, but you need to provide admin and ftp access because you do not know what to do, I have been advising you all this while, n=but it it clear you need help, you don;t know what is going on your site, you have explained you are not using some scripts when they are loading on your site etc ... so it seems like someone else was installing stuff on your site as you are not aare of this.

I can only only help you remove this if you provide the required access.

This is the first step for you to follow, I doubt that your Server Company are responsible for knowing this, I don't know what you truned off because i still see the same jQuery library loading,

What you should do is have a look at all extension that load jQuery and then disable the loading of jQuery in the extensions parameter settings ,
The next thing to do is disable all extension that do not have an option to disable loading of jQuery.

You must tell me what has changed on the site site from the time it worked to now when it is not working, this is very unusual, there is no way the module can stop working suddenly. If you can say what changed, that can be a starting point .
