ZOO e-mail notification

I need a ZOO commponent (or if there is a funtion) that send you an e-mail notification when an item is unpublished.
I mean if I published a product for a sale, from monday to friday for example, I want to recive an e-mail notification at satuday 00:01 about the item has been unpublished.
Is it possible now, or you need to develop something?. If you need to develop sometihing new, how much does it cost?
