I have had some great feedback from some users and some who would like to use Super Booking on their ZOO sites so here is Super Booking module for ZOO. The package currently includes 3 Forms.

The release offers ;

• 3 Forms, suitable for Hotel Bookings, Car Bookings or a simple date based booking.
• ZOO Item dates are automatically used as the Email subject.
• Any number of forms on a page.
• Global or per Items settings for email recipients, butto colors, from titles etc...
• Choice of 10 Button Colors for the forms Call to Action button. All you have to do it add the color in the parameter at item level, green, blue, yellow, breen, magenta, red, orange, grey, white, black .
• Option to set a custom Title for Super Contact on individual items at Item Level, so if you have a Directory listing as an example, you could have "Tom's Tailors" have their form with title "Tom's Tailors" and "Harry's Hardware" have their own title on their form.
• Added a Telephone field that is not required to be filled in for the form to be submitted. It is optional so the visitor can decide whether to fill in it or not.
• Added option to set the PopUps width, to accommodate the longer Placeholder words that occur with some translations. I do not recommend going over 400px.

The Following Options Are Available

Module Position

You can enable the module to the absolute or debug module postion.

Container Layouts

You can choose to divide the content of the Splash Panel into 1, 2 or 3 section, this means that you can display content in up to 3 sections.

Background Color

You can choose a background color for the Splash Panel. Mix up your own color using the Color Picker.

Background Opacity

Set a background Opacity level for the Super Panel, eg: 0.5  ,  0.7  etc ...

Panel Animation

Select a Panel animation effect for when the panel opens, choose from fade, slide or none.

Panel Opening Speed

Set an opening speed in milliseconds . This is the speed at which the panel opens, eg: 500.

Panel Position

You have 5 options to choose from, top, bottom, left, right and as an overlay on the entire site.

Panel Width

Set a panel width, top and bottom choices must be set to 100% and left and right choices to auto, overlay choice must be set to 100%.

Panel Height

Set a panel height, top and bottom position choices can be set to auto and left, right and overlay choices can be set to 100%.

Cookie Expire

The panel sets a Cookie to remember if it must display the panel to the current visitor or not. You can set an expire time for the Cookie in days, this means that it will destroy the Cookie after the X days, so that if the visitor returns after X days, the panel will display again. The panel will also display again if the visitor clears their Browser Cookies.

Opening Delay

Set the time to wait before the panel displays for the visitor. The value is in seconds, if you want the visitor to see the panel after 5 seconds, you must enter 5 as a value.

Auto Close Time

Set the time to wait for the panel to automatically close on its own, the value is also in seconds. If you want the visitor to manually close the panel, set a high value here, eg 30 seconds.

Hide After Close

Should you need to make the panel not open again for the Visitor, set this to Yes. The panel will not open again for the visitor, unless they clear their Cookies.

Container Settings

Here is where you select the Joomla Module/s that you want to show in the Panel. If, for example, you created a custom HTML module and set it to virtual module position called hello1 , you can select hello1 in the drop down. We recommend you use unique module position names that do not exist in your template when you create and enable modules for use in the Panel.

Announcing the release of a new ZOO Addon, dubbed, Super Submit for ZOO. Super Submit for ZOO, will easily break up your ZOO Submission view onto manageable stages. Your Clients, Authors, Editors and anyone making submissions on using ZOO will appreciate not having to scroll down long submission forms. They will be able to easily and smoothly move betwen the sections until they are satisfied and then hit the submit button on the last step.

The plugin breaks down your Submission pages sections into Steps and offers smooth pagination from section to section.

The plugin also offers a built in Info Box for you to provide some instruction or guidance to people making submissions on your site.

The Submit button is hidden until the last stage of the submission form is reached.

The plugin makes use of language files for some text, like the info in the Info Box, Previous and Next buttons and for the word Step. A CSS file is included to allow you to make customisations and style the Step section if you need to.

Usage is very straight forward, Install, Enable and add your language files ( if needed ). No other intertaction is required from you.

Announcing the Super Sticky plugin for Joomla! . Super Sticky will allow you make a Div sticky so that the specified div scrolls with the page as the visitor scrolls down the page.

The idea for the plugin was from a Feature Request. Many sites require having to make a menu or certain position in your template scroll as the visitor scrolls. If you have such a need, this is a slick solution for you.

Note that this is a Joomla plugin and available for Joomla 2.5 and Joomla 3.0 currently.

Announcing the PRO version of, Super Shots for ZOO . Super Shots will allow you or your Content Submitters to enter a site URL that will be converted to a Screen Shot /  Thumbshot of the Target Website. The Screenshot will also link to the target website. The images will be framed by 4 selectable corder styles. More styles will be added in time .

You can select a default width for the thumshots that will apply globally or you can override this width per ZOO Item .

The image on the left is created with Super Shots. All that you have to do is add a Link and then define a width for the screenshot. The thumbnails are generated and updated dynamically. Once generated the Images are simply Awesome !
